We are having Glidden 3-5th grade at the Center for Thursday, May 8, 2008
from 9:30 AM - 2 PM. We will need the MPR, Whittlesey and Theatre for this
time period with grades rotating between 3 activities all morning. They
will break for lunch from 11:30 - 12:30 with activities in the MPR room
from 12:30 - 1:15 then close-out with video and discussion in the theatre

Rose,
The bird calling contest that was booked on May 1 will now be on May 8 in the theater. I will be done with the theater by the time Neil wants to get started. Participants will be arriving at 6:45. I can shepherd both events (river of words dinner and the calling contest) and lock up that night.
Rooms: Some of the families will be visiting for the first time - would it be a problem to leave the building lights on until 5:30 and I can turn them off?
